HISTORY/STRUCTURE/PURPOSE

The WV Select Care Management Services Program is an undertaking of the Coordinating Council for Independent Living (CCIL), a social services agency that has operated within the state of West Virginia since 1980.  CCIL operates a number of programs designed to assist various populations in the development and maintenance of an independent lifestyle.  Of these programs, the case management is the largest.  As one of the largest case management agencies in the state of West Virginia, CCIL is committed to providing services for all the qualified residents of the state either on a private pay basis or through participation in state or federally sponsored programs.
