WV Select Care Management Services is a program that recognizes an individual’s inherent right to exercise personal choice in long-term care decisions.

Designed to act as an alternative to nursing home care, WV Select is committed to providing an extensive range of top quality services that will allow for enhancement of both the length and quality of life in the familiar security of one’s own home.  WV Select can implement services virtually upon request and every effort has been made to keep cost within the reach of those who have planned financially for their future.

The overall goal of WV Select is to provide the client, his or her family or other responsible parties with all services necessary to maintain a quality standard of independent living with total freedom from management, coordination and contracting responsibilities.

Services provided under this program are typically paid for by the client, the client’s family, trust funds, insurance companies etc.
